Job Title: Marketing Communications Coordinator
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 24-month contract
Location: Johnston, IA 50131
Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Job Summary
Coordinate paid media campaigns and ensure timely campaign launches, accurate documentation, and smooth execution of marketing activities.
Manage creative production, approvals, media trafficking, print operations, and campaign performance reporting while maintaining communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate campaign details, media plans, schedules, and records in internal systems and shared planning documents.
Coordinate creative production, approvals, trafficking workflows, and campaign launch readiness while monitoring potential delays.
Manage print media purchases, verify campaign placements, and maintain media specifications and documentation.
Collect, organize, and analyze monthly campaign performance metrics to identify trends and relevant insights.
Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and operational risks while coordinating stakeholder communication, resolving routine issues, and escalating critical concerns.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field, with project coordination or project management experience.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and use Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
Desired Skills
Experience with paid media campaigns, media planning, creative production, creative trafficking, campaign management systems, performance metrics, and marketing communications reporting.

Education

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates with relevant internships or related experience will also be considered.

Additional Requirements

Fully onsite position in Johnston, IA.
Minimal overtime.
Business-casual dress code.
Interviews preferred via Microsoft Teams.
No driving required.
Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future.
