Job Title: Marketing - Category Merchandising 2

Location: Beaverton, OR (Not open to relocation)

Salary Range: $32-35

Introduction

Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for covering basketball and some soccer and field sports within the Jordan North America Merchandising and Sport Footwear Merchandising divisions. This role is crucial for driving product assortment plans and ensuring a seamless merchandising process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising for retail and ecommerce products
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong tactical operational skillset with the ability to own the process
• Experience in building and updating assortment plans for the seasonal calendar, AV tools, product coaching, and pricing decisions
• Passion for Basketball
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience working with sales, local product creation, demand planning, and marketing teams
• Proactive, high initiative, and curious

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive product assortment plans and ensure alignment with the seasonal calendar
• Utilize AV tools for product coaching and making pricing decisions
• Analyze marketplace POS insights to inform merchandising strategies
