Brand Manager - Construction Services

$80,000 to $100,000 Starting Salary - Bonus Eligible

Privately-owned company primarily focused in the multi-family and commercial construction. Within the last 10 years, the company has focused on increased market share and expanded overall capabilities.  As a result, our client currently has 15 operating companies, and 21 physical locations across the United States.

Our Opportunity

  • Lead brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix, interacting with and managing/influencing other functions within Scotts to deliver against project objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of a brand, the competitive landscape, and its key business objectives to deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data
  • Help develop media plans, ensure alignment to brand budgets and profitability
  • Developing data driven recommendations using relevant sales and market data
  • Flexibility to contribute at all levels of the business from high-level strategy to the day-to-day hands-on operations
  • Utilize insights from multiple sources to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with strategic reporting needs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in marketing, design and promotion.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and current trends.
  • Experience integrating consistent marketing strategy across multiple channels.
  • Product development and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage/coach/develop others
  • Relevant experience with and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management systems, social media, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel up to 20%
