Introduction:
This contract role is designed to support leave coverage and is expected to last until the Client's EFY, with potential for extension, though not guaranteed. The successful candidate will join the Omni Channel Marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operations, finance, or project management role.
- Assisting with budget management.
- Excel expertise.
- Process and operational skills, including attention to detail, adhering to deadlines, and holding teammates accountable.
- Collaborative nature and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Ability to design and uphold complex processes.
- Creative production skills.
- Project management skills.
- Budget experience in the fashion/footwear industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with budget and work-in-progress budget processes.
- Stand up meetings and processes independently.
- Help structure game plans and milestone meetings, ensuring the team is prepped for workbacks and check-ins.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
