Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Braze and similar CRM automation platforms.
Manage automated workflows, dynamic content, data integrations, and customer segmentation.
Plan and manage go-to-market campaigns to drive brand awareness through the marketing funnel.
Use digital platforms to automate marketing activities and identify high-impact points of interaction.
Create and deploy marketing campaigns using CRM systems and platforms such as Braze and Salesforce.
Lead and support the creative development of campaign content and customer communications.
Focus on demand generation, customer engagement, and improving return on investment (ROI).
Required Skills:
Experience with CRM Automation Platforms ( Braze, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong technical and marketing knowledge.
Ability to manage campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution.
