What Youll Do You wont be stuck doing the same thing every day. As our Marketing Associate, youll get your hands on a wide variety of exciting work:

Campaign Support - Help plan and execute digital, email, social, and event-based marketing campaigns Content Creation - Contribute to blogs, social posts, case studies, presentations, and videos Social Media Management - Schedule and publish content across platforms Website Updates - Assist with content management and keeping our digital presence fresh Event Coordination - Support trade shows, logistics, and follow-up activities Analytics & Reporting - Track and report on key marketing metrics Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with internal teams to gather insights and fuel campaigns

What You Bring Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, polls, focus groups) Valid drivers license (some travel required)

Work Environment This is an office-based role with a comfortable, collaborative environment. Expect meaningful work at your desk - analyzing data, crafting content, and communicating across teams - with occasional travel to events and trade shows.

Safety & Compliance This role requires completion of NorthWind Level 1 Safety Training prior to performing approved activities. Training to be completed with onboarding. We take the safety of our team seriously - because our people are our greatest asset.
