Marketing Associate Manager - Financial Services

As the Associate Manager, Financial Services Marketing, you'll help bring impactful marketing campaigns to life across alternative payment solutions and gift cards. In this role, you'll partner with teams across the business to execute campaigns, manage approvals, coordinate creative assets, and keep projects moving from concept to launch. You'll have the opportunity to influence customer experiences, drive business growth and help shape how customers engage with financial services offerings. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoy balancing multiple priorities, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, paid media and in-store channels.
• Manage gift card promotions and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Coordinate campaign approvals with legal, compliance and business partners.
• Partner with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing assets.
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers and execution workflows.
• Use performance insights and testing results to improve future campaigns.

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or campaign execution experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns from planning through launch.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Experience in financial services, fintech or retail marketing.
• Experience with buy now, pay later (BNPL) products.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with campaign testing and optimization.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
