- Schedule Inbound & Outbound Service Appointments
- Organize Service Appointments
- Properly Direct Calls to Appropriate Staff
- Take Down Detailed Messages
- Follow-Up with Service Customers
- Provide extensive Customer Feedback
- Answering service related questions
- Update Customer Contact Information
- Light Cashiering
