    Description

    Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its New Jersey office.
    This role reports to the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and supports marketing initiatives across the firms five offices.

    The Marketing Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the marketing team while helping execute events, digital campaigns, and firmwide communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide general support for firmwide marketing initiatives and projects
    • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
    • Organize and maintain marketing files, databases, and client contact lists, ensuring data accuracy
    • Support planning and execution of firm events, seminars, webinars, and conferences (venue coordination, vendors, RSVPs, materials)
    • Research and track charitable contribution requests
    • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and internal departments, as well as external vendors
    • Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates
    • Monitor digital campaign performance and compile reports
    • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research and prepare summary reports
    • Post blog content in a timely manner
    • Manage inventory and ordering of marketing materials (brochures, business cards, collateral)
    • Process invoices and assist with special projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree required (Marketing, Communications, English, or related field preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
    • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
