Marketing Assistant - Full Time

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, 1 Saturday a month required

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the front office of the Marketing Department. They assist visitors and clients, answer a multi-line phone, and support the Marketing team with a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Answers a multi-line telephone and voice-mail system. Greets customers upon arrival, assisting as needed.
• Supports the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing team with general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, collating, organizing, creating brochures, mailing newsletters, etc.
• Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing mail.
• Creates Excel spreadsheets and other reports as necessary.
• Ensures that the inventory for brochures, collateral, and other essential supplies are always available and up-to-date.
• Organizes detailed records of current and future depositors, assists in processing sale paperwork, updates the database, and creates files.
• Performs additional work duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you will bring

• Minimum three years receptionist and/or administrative support experience. Experience in a sales environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small group presentations
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while working in an area of constant distractions.
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the leads management system. Ability to learn new computer applications.
