Marketing Assistant for Vendor Reconciliation

Steinger, Greene & Feiner is a prominent law firm based in South Florida, seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. This Marketing Assistant role will specifically be to reconcile marketing campaigns. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Marketing Assistant duties and responsibilities

• Input and evaluate data using proprietary reconciliation tool
• Use Excel and Google Docs to track marketing leads and calculate ROI for marketing campaigns
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Support marketing team in organizing various projects
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Marketing Assistants requirements and qualifications

• Must be bi-lingual. Fluent in English & Spanish
• Past experience as a marketing assistant or marketing coordinator
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Sales Force, Excel, Google Docs)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field is a strong advantage, or equivalent working experience
