Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Coordinator II
Location: New York, NY
Pay Rate: $23.73/hr
Duration: 1 year
Schedule: Hybrid
- Own end-to-end GWP, container, set, and wrapping initiatives across Beauty and Fragrance categories.
- Coordinate project execution from briefing through delivery, including Global and U.S. GWP requirements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, codes, MAD/PAD dates, order forms, and master trackers.
- Lead bi-weekly marketing touchbases and monitor project risks, status, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate set mix strategy, pre-book dimensioning, kitting, local GWP sourcing, and promotional assembly.
- Partner with Sales Development and O+O teams on allocations, quantities, and retailer-level splits.
- Manage shipping, ordering, distribution, and logistics for GWPs, sets, wrapping, and containers.
- Coordinate SHOP, Copy, PDP, and product-page requirements associated with promotional initiatives.
- Manage product image creation and composition while coordinating asset development and approvals.
- Manage gifting collateral inventory, including shopping bags, gift bags/boxes, PLV, holiday materials, and accessories.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent relevant experience in beauty, fragrance, retail, or consumer products may be considered.
