For this position we are looking for an employee who will:
- Manage social media and digital marketing
- Create promotional materials
- Plan in-store merchandising and displays
- Coordinate events
- Track marketing results
- Assist with inventory and product placement
Qualifications:
- Some level of Degree in Business Marketing
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and visual presentation.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computers and common software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva and social media platforms are required.
- Strong understanding of social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods while setting displays and stocking merchandise.
- Travel between stores may be required.
