Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager at Roswyn- A Morgans Original Hotel is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives that position Roswyn as a premier luxury lifestyle destination. This role embodies Morgans Originals' philosophy of honesty, creativity, and sophistication by combining innovative campaigns, media relations, and guest-centric storytelling to elevate the hotel's visibility and reputation across global and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, revenue, and brand loyalty.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels in alignment with Morgans Originals' luxury lifestyle ethos.
• Collaborate with sales, F&B, and operations teams to create campaigns that highlight Roswyn's unique offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Communications & Public Relations

• Manage media relations, press releases, and public statements to enhance Roswyn's reputation.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
• Oversee crisis communication strategies to protect brand integrity.
• Coordinate interviews, features, and media events showcasing Roswyn's lifestyle identity.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Oversee digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.

• Create engaging content that tells Roswyn's story and resonates with target audiences.

• Manage online reputation through proactive guest engagement and review responses.

• Leverage analytics and insights to optimize digital campaigns and ROI.

• Event & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and activations that reinforce Roswyn's luxury positioning.

• Collaborate with F&B and lifestyle outlets (Filia, BL Club, Black Laquor) to design campaigns that drive traffic and revenue.

• Ensure seamless execution of seasonal promotions and brand collaborations.

• Quality & Compliance

• Uphold ethical marketing practices and compliance with international hospitality standards.

• Ensure sustainability and innovation are integrated into campaigns.

• Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn's unique identity.
