    Marketing and Communications Lead

    Position Summary

    The Events & Marketing Communications Lead is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing Highridge Medical’s global events strategy and integrated marketing communications. This role drives high-impact engagement with surgeons, distributors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring all events and communications reinforce Highridge’s brand, support commercial objectives, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

    This individual partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and Executive Leadership to elevate Highridge’s presence across trade shows, surgeon education programs, and internal/external communications channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Events Strategy & Execution

    · Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global events, including trade shows, surgeon education programs, and internal leadership events

    · Develop annual events roadmap aligned to commercial and marketing priorities

    · Oversee logistics, vendor management, budgets, and on-site execution

    · Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience across all event touchpoints

    · Analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement

    Marketing Communications

    · Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans to support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives · Ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging frameworks from the Brand-Toolkit

    · Manage content development across multiple channels (digital, print, email, and social)

    · Partner with product marketing and MedEd teams to translate clinical and technical content into compelling messaging

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    · Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, HR (for internal comms/events), and Executive Leadership

    · Support internal communications initiatives tied to organizational priorities, culture, and engagement

    · Align event and communications strategy with broader commercial objectives

    Brand & Experience Management

    · Champion Highridge’s brand identity across all communications and activations

    · Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging globally

    · Elevate the customer and employee experience through thoughtful, high-impact storytelling

    Performance & Budget Management

    · Develop and manage event and communications budgets

    · Track KPIs (engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, ROI)

    · Optimize resource allocation based on data and insights

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

    · 2-5 years of experience in events, marketing communications, or related roles

    · Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries strongly preferred

    Skills & Competencies

    · Strong project management and organizational skills

    · Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

    · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    · Experience managing agencies, vendors, and event partners

    · Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
