As a Marketing Analyst, you will analyze customer behavior, evaluate campaign performance and uncover opportunities to improve how Uline reaches customers and invests in marketing. Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for Uline's Marketing team, turning customer and campaign data into recommendations that guide business decisions.
- Analyze marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities that support business growth and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with channel owners and stakeholders to evaluate strategies, challenge assumptions and solve business problems.
- Improve reporting processes through automation, making it easier to analyze results and communicate insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to help inform marketing strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in business, marketing or data analytics or a related field a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and analytical tools such as R or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar a plus.
