Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Execution Contractor to support the delivery of industry-focused marketing programs and events. This role will ensure seamless execution of events designed to engage key industry audiences, from planning through post-event follow-up.

  4. Procurement systems contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding

  6. Lead capture and post-event reporting (industry-specific insights and pipeline impact)

Requirements for the role:

  • Execute end-to-end industry-focused events and digital programs, ensuring alignment to priority verticals and audience segments

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and secure industry-relevant keynote speakers and content

  • Manage vendors (booth builds, production, agencies) to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences

  • Navigate procurement systems to manage contracts, POs, and vendor onboarding

  • Collaborate with sales and industry teams to ensure strong lead capture and aligned follow-up strategies

  • Support post-event reporting, including industry-specific insights and pipeline impact

  • 3 5 years in event or field marketing, ideally with industry/vertical campaigns

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail

  • Experience working across sales, marketing, and external partners

  • Understanding of how to tailor events to specific industry audiences

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3 5 years of relevant event or field marketing experience

  • Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
