As a Marketing Analyst, you are focused on completing tasks within the scope of larger analytical outcomes and assist in the research and application of data driven insights that have a tangible impact on marketing performance such as business case development and market and industry trend analysis. Utilizing an analytical mindset, you manage large, complex data sets, and create insightful and persuasive business reports under guidance from your manager or more senior team members. You develop working relationships outside the team to contribute to cross-project collaborations and are continuing to build your knowledge of industry related policies, practices, and relevant our methods. You hold yourself and team accountable for DEI development and outcomes, track progress through measurable results, and engage in learning and reflection. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc. Responsibilities include:
- Help conduct strategic analysis, identifying, evaluating, and recommending ways to optimize business performance and deliver best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function with some guidance.
- Create space in meetings, projects, events for everyone to collaborate and feel supported. Role model, acknowledge, and empower inclusive behavior and provide constructive feedback on disrespectful, non-inclusive behavior. Act as a diversity change agent, working to change processes, culture, or other barriers to inclusion.
- Help provide general support and analysis to senior leaders for ad-hoc data and research requests.
- Exercise sound judgment & take swift action to uphold our Core Values & Code of Conduct. Champion and creating psychological safety on the team for multiple perspectives to thrive, being sensitive to cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating.
