Minimum Role Qualifications Requirement
- Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
- Experience translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):
- Experience with social analytics tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Netbase, Meltwater)
- Expert writing boolean logic and synthesizing social data into exec-friendly reports
- (Nice to have) Proficiency in Tubular, CreatorIQ, or other profile-based tools
Top Responsibilities:
- Engineer complex boolean queries in social analytics tools (i.e. Brandwatch) and audit and clean queries as needed; Create filters and audience lists to segment queries to ensure targeted insights
- Architect real-time dashboards to transform raw social data into high-impact visual intelligence
- Build written reports (docs, slides) to analyze the scale and impact of specific launches, known issues, or evolving escalations, in order to provide the company with strategic and thoughtful insights
