Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for building customer acquisition, lead generation and demand creation activities, partnering with our regional and global marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation, demand generation, marketing automation, orchestration and execution among the entire marketing and sales lifecycle, and a track record in driving revenue growth. A candidate who would succeed in this role will have a track record of building and maintain strong relationships and a continuous feedback loop between sales and regional marketing teams to improve alignment, lead follow-up, and campaign performance. 

 

Responsibilities: 


Develop and implement B2B marketing operations strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation and demand creation. Ideate, establish, and execute demand generation campaigns that leverage marketing channels specific to email and nurture, including audience segmentation, technical integrations with ad platforms and other 3rd party systems. 


  • Support with optimizing marketing campaigns, funnel performance, and customer segmentation to drive strong campaign performance to support the organization’s revenue targets.  
  • Implement lifecycle nurture campaigns to engage customers at each phase of the customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to retention and loyalty. 
  • Maintain a feedback loop and work closely with global and regional sales and client facing teams to monitor performance and pivot collaboratively, ensuring lead aging is minimal.  
  • Help coordinate lead assignment alongside the regional marketing and sales teams 
  • Measure and report performance of all campaign components and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  
  • Build and manage performance reports within the marketing automation platforms, translate data into actionable items, draw insights off the data, and drive recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and business outcomes  
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing's impact on the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.  

This is a hybrid position to be located in our Austin, TX office location. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful demand generation and lead generation campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in user segmentation, conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis. 
  • Strong writing skills and understanding of how to write in both marketing and sales tones. 
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, uncover actionable insights, and improve data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong communications, influencing, and collaboration skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal) 
     

Preferred Qualifications 


  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Proven working experience in B2B growth marketing or marketing operations, particularly within the financial services, payments, or Fintech industry. 
  • Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) like Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot. 
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and its appropriate marketing applications. 


Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $93,500.00 to $ 145,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
