// ABOUT WALMART
At Walmart, we help people save money so they can live better. Every day, millions of customers shop our stores and digital platforms looking for value, inspiration, and an experience that makes shopping easy.
As Walmart continues to invest in elevated brands, modern store environments, and experience-led retail, Visual Merchandising plays a critical role in bringing our customer value proposition to life. Our team is responsible for translating strategy into compelling in-store experiences that inspire discovery, improve consideration, and drive conversion. The Visual Merchandising team creates inspiring, customer-focused shopping experiences that connect our products, brands, and trends in meaningful ways. Through visual presentation strategy, mannequin styling, store training, communication, and field execution, we establish the standards, tools, and capabilities that help stores consistently deliver an elevated customer experience. Our work spans Home Office, Market, and Store teams, creating the connection between strategy and execution while supporting one of Walmart's largest growth opportunities within Style.
