The Market Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a team of Account Executives and Representatives within a
defined geographic market. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and is a key member of the market leadership team. The Market Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales
plans, enhance customer relationships, and cultivate a high-performing sales team to achieve annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $50 million.
• Partner with the Vice President of Sales to design and execute regional sales strategies, forecasts, and growth plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Account Executives and Sales Representatives to ensure achievement of sales targets, performance metrics, and budget expectations.
• Spend 3 to 4 days per week in the field actively coaching and supporting the sales team.
• Personally manage and grow strategic relationships with major in-market construction firms.
• Oversee the rollout of local and regional sales initiatives aligned with national strategies.
• Analyze sales data (e.g., Salesforce) to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Represent the company in major customer engagements, account pursuits, and negotiations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pricing, product) to adapt offerings to market conditions.
• Conduct competitive and customer intelligence to refine local strategy and increase responsiveness.
• Review Customer Service Agreements for pricing accuracy and appropriate terms and conditions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales talent; build and maintain a leadership pipeline.
• Travel up to 40% within the region for team and customer support.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary Range: $109,830.00 – $164,850.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
