Job Title - Market Risk Data Operations Analyst / Data Operations Specialist

Location: Tampa, FL

Overview

Seeking Market Risk Data Operations resources to support Market Risk Data Ops initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data management, reporting, visualization, and governance within market risk environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in MS Access
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience in Database Management
• Expertise in Tableau reporting and visualization

Tableau Capabilities

• Building and maintaining Tableau Data Sources
• Creating and managing Prep Flows
• Designing and developing Dashboards
• Advanced reporting and visualization development

Data Operations & Governance

• Data governance and monitoring
• Operational reporting
• Data quality and controls
• Support for governance and monitoring frameworks

Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of Market Risk concepts
• Knowledge of Market Risk processes
• Familiarity with Market Risk data domains

Soft Skills

• Ability to quickly understand existing workflows
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to support implementation of governance and monitoring processes

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in financial services/banking risk management environments
• Exposure to market risk operations and reporting frameworks
• Experience supporting operational data governance programs

The pay range for this role is $110k - $120K per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
