• Present research findings and insights to business leaders and key stakeholders to support product, marketing, customer experience, and strategic decisions.

• Support customer brainstorming sessions, co-creation workshops, focus groups, and other research engagements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify appropriate research approaches.

• Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Ability to develop effective survey questions, analyze results, and translate findings into executive-level presentations.

• Experience with market research and customer insights platforms such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, or similar tools.

• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or research operations.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong facilitation and moderation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience within building materials, manufacturing, construction-related products, or another complex product environment is preferred.
