Do you have a culinary or baking background and love being out in the field meeting people? Bridor is looking for a Market Operator Specialist to bring our products to life with customers and potential new accounts. This role is for someone who thrives face-to-face—demoing products, sampling, sharing knowledge, and creating memorable experiences that drive growth.
You’ll combine your baking expertise with real-world market experience—solving kitchen challenges, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to expand Bridor’s presence. You’ll connect with culinary professionals, business owners, and distributors while opening new accounts, building relationships, and raising product awareness.

Solve real-world kitchen challenges—labor, consistency, and quality—through practical solutions
Own your territory like it’s your business—plan ahead, stay organized, and drive growth
Build strong relationships across wholesale bakeries, hotels, casinos, restaurants, country clubs, and coffee shops
Work alongside distributors through ride-alongs, blitzes, sales calls, trainings, and trade shows

Polished, professional, and credible in the kitchen
Loves being out in the field—enthusiastic about meeting people and calling on new accounts

Culinary or baking background with at least 2 years of professional experience
Passion for baking and enthusiasm for being out in the field
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in sales, customer relations, or product demonstrations
Experience pioneering a product line or introducing new products to the market
Prior work in professional kitchens or food service environments
