Step into a leadership role where innovation meets influence. As a Market Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind TCL's success in the Baltimore market, helping retailers maximize performance while creating exceptional shopping experiences. From delivering engaging product training to executing sales initiatives that move the needle, you'll champion a world-class brand and help consumers discover the next generation of home entertainment.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday — with occasional Sundays; 10:00am-6:00pm

  • Lead the charge in boosting sales and profitability across your territory
  • Champion retail excellence through impactful training, stunning merchandising, and hands-on support
  • Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
  • Track performance data and tweak strategies for maximum impact
  • Represent TCL at exciting industry events, trade shows, and promotions

What You’ll Need:

  • Willingness to travel 
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy
  • Physically able to sit, stand, walk for up to 8 hours a day
