Summary:At Company, our Marketing team connects travelers to our brands through data-driven campaigns, content, and performance strategies. We partner across the whole of marketing, analytics, product, commercial and merchandising teams to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. We are looking for a commercially minded marketing strategist to lead Brand Company’s integrated marketing approach for global sales and regional limited-time offers. This role sits at the intersection of brand, business, and traveler needs, leading retail campaigns from early planning through execution and optimization.
Responsibilities- Own the strategy and execution of retail campaigns, including global sales and regional limited-time offers.
- Proactively build and manage complex project timelines across creative, production, and channel teams, maintaining clear status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Partner across product, merchandising, legal, regional markets, creative, media, analytics, and channel teams to align scope, messaging, timelines, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Lead channel teams through briefing, asset development, delivery, and execution to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and consistently across touchpoints.
- Translate stakeholder input into clear, actionable feedback for creative teams while navigating conflicting viewpoints, reducing ambiguity, and moving work forward.
- Use performance data, testing, and global insights to optimize campaigns and improve repeatable ways of working across commercial and lifecycle marketing programs.
Qualifications- 9 years of experience delivering results in global integrated marketing.
- Experience leading global or multi-market integrated marketing programs across promotional campaigns and retail moments.
- Strong command of messaging development, creative briefing, cross-channel planning, and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology businesses.
Skills- A strategic and commercially savvy marketer with deep experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, campaign development, and commercial strategy.
- Highly self-directed and comfortable independently driving campaigns from early planning through launch in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong judgment and a bias to drive action.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives across creative, production, product, analytics, merchandising, legal, regional markets, and channel teams.
- Comfortable balancing long-term brand building with near-term commercial delivery, while maintaining consistency across global and regional markets.
- Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, and staying close to execution details.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $78.28/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
