  • Support and guide property -level Directors of Sales across the market
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular property visits to ensure consistent execution and accountability

    Revenue Performance & Planning<\/b>

    • Partner with Revenue Management to align pricing strategies with market demand
      <\/li>
    • Lead sales input into forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning
      <\/li>
    • Analyze KPIs, trends, and competitive data to adjust strategy and improve performance

      Client & Owner Relations<\/b>
