The Market Director of Sales is an above -property commercial leader responsible for driving revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels within the Nashville market.

<\/h4>- Lead the development and execution of market -wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
<\/li> - Actively engage in proactive selling, including key account development and business generation
<\/li> - Support and guide property -level Directors of Sales across the market
<\/li> - Conduct regular property visits to ensure consistent execution and accountability
<\/li><\/ul>Revenue Performance & Planning<\/b>
<\/h4>- Partner with Revenue Management to align pricing strategies with market demand
<\/li> - Lead sales input into forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning
<\/li> - Analyze KPIs, trends, and competitive data to adjust strategy and improve performance
<\/li><\/ul>Client & Owner Relations<\/b>
<\/h4>- Serve as a primary sales liaison to hotel ownership and stakeholders
<\/li> - Provide clear, data -driven updates on performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications<\/b>
<\/h3>- Minimum of 4+ years of hospitality sales leadership experience

<\/li> - Strong financial, forecasting, and revenue strategy experience
