Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Market Director of Physician Enterprise Operations for Anesthesia, you will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all employed anesthesia service lines. You will oversee operational performance, physician alignment, and provider engagement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible care across our communities.
Every day you will serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, acting as a primary liaison to medical leadership, driving decision-making and facilitating the implementation of services that align with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for practice operations, physician relations, and fiscal performance, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Demonstrated success in executive oversight of physician-led anesthesia programs and clinical service lines.
A proven track record of spearheading strategic initiatives, clinical expansion, and sustainable operational improvements.
Mastery of physician compensation, budgeting, reimbursement models, and complex healthcare financial regulations.
Advanced working knowledge of modern EMR systems and data-driven tools to optimize clinical performance.
Exceptional ability to build consensus and partner with physician leaders to foster a culture of high reliability.
A history of driving performance excellence across multidisciplinary teams, specifically regarding quality, safety, and patient experience benchmarks.
