Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Market Development Representative (MDR) to join their client's team in Florida. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on conversation, remains consistent through repetition, and builds trust over time. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping businesses run smarter with technology that reduces costs, saves time, and simplifies operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach.
• Build familiarity within your territory and stay visible with local businesses.
• Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing.
• Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives.
• Track activity and manage leads in CRM system.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• 1 year+ in sales, customer-facing, and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day.
• Organized, consistent, and process-oriented.
• Persistent and comfortable working through rejection.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day.
• Confident using basic sales and communication tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Additional Details

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary plus commission.
