    Description

    Chief Executive Officer

This is a pretty unique CEO opportunity for someone who likes the idea of leading hospitals that genuinely matter to the communities they serve.

The organization behind the role is a large, well-established, not-for-profit health system with the resources and infrastructure of a major healthcare organization, but this position is much more personal than that. You would be leading two community hospitals in a regional market where the CEO is still highly visible, physicians know who you are, employees expect to see you in the hospital, and the community looks to the organization as an essential part of the region.

What makes the role especially interesting is the balance. You have the support, resources, and capabilities of a sophisticated health system, while still having the opportunity to make a very direct impact on access, quality, workforce stability, physician relationships, growth, and the overall health of the communities you serve.

It is also a great fit for someone who enjoys the lifestyle that comes with a smaller Southwestern community. There is a slower pace, less congestion, a strong sense of community, and easy access to outdoor recreation, while still offering an executive role with meaningful scale, complexity, and responsibility.

For the right leader, this is the kind of position where you can actually see the difference your leadership makes.
