Brief Summary of Work for this Position: MarineQuest Summer Program Overnight Instructors live and work in the residential hall. Overnight Instructors are with students from the late afternoon through the early morning. Overnight Staff will communicate relevant information with Day Staff each morning and afternoon to ensure students success. Overnight Instructors conduct recreational activities for individual and group participation and supervise downtime and meals. Pay varies by position and is based on qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation includes housing for the duration of the position and meals when working.
