What will I work on?
- Executing TIG welds on aluminum parts and assemblies.
- Decoding blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to plan your approach.
- Setting up and dialing in welding equipment for aluminum materials.
- Inspecting welds to meet specifications and rigorous quality standards.
- Grinding, cleaning, and finishing welds as required.
- Adhering to all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Maintaining a 5S-organized, clean, and efficient work area.
- Communicating with supervisors and teammates about priorities and progress.
- Achieving daily output and quality objectives.
What do I need to bring?
- At least 5 years of aluminum TIG welding experience, including thin-gauge work.
- Blueprint literacy and skill with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Comfort with welding symbols and fabrication techniques.
- Sharp attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- AWS certification (preferred, not required).
- Experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of ISO or other quality management systems.

How is pay determined?
The pay range for this position is $24–$28 USD per hour. Actual compensation may be within, above, or below the range and is influenced by education, training, experience, accomplishments, business needs, and location.
