    As Marine Coordinator – Vetting, you will play a critical role in ensuring vessels meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational integrity while supporting a dynamic marine assurance program.
    What You'll Do
    • Manage vessel vetting and clearance activities under the direction of the Marine Manager
    • Support marine assurance, technical audit, and compliance programs
    • Evaluate vessel suitability for the transportation of crude oil, refined products, chemicals, and equipment
    • Provide technical guidance on marine operational and safety matters
    • Assist with marine incident and accident investigations
    • Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external marine partners to support safe, reliable, and efficient shipping operations
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across marine operations and assurance activities
    What Makes You Successful
    • Strong marine operations and marine assurance background
    • Sailing experience aboard tanker vessels, including leadership responsibilities
    • Knowledge of vessel inspection and vetting programs, including industry reporting systems and inspection databases
    • Experience supporting marine investigations, audits, and compliance activities
    • Relevant nautical certification or maritime qualification aligned with senior vessel leadership
    • Experience conducting or supporting industry-recognized tanker management and marine assurance audits is highly valued
    • Ability to assess risk, make sound operational decisions, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
