ELS is hiring for the position of Marina Front Desk Clerk in Cortez, Florida.

What you'll do:

Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest experiences.

Your job will include:

Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer phones. Handle inquiries by email and telephone to back up property staff.

Review Speedy Dock throughout the day. Look for any potential conflicts/scheduling issues. Alert dock team to new launches.

Charge gas/store purchases to client credit cards.

Client Boat Insurance- keep up to date- contact client when coming due.

Communications with customers as needed.

End of Day- reconcile gas/store purchases and perform closing procedures.

Attend and participate in training programs/seminars as required. Complete Learning courses in a timely manner.

Keep office/store/restrooms presentable.

Assist Office Manager and GM.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• Maintain store, inventory and work area and restrooms to ensure an aesthetically pleasing space for our customers.
