Position Summary
Support the goals of the assigned campus department and perform routine assigned tasks under the direction and supervision of the professional staff.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
- Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee approximately $50.00 paid by the candidate.

- Skill in communicating effectively with diverse groups of individuals utilizing tact and diplomacy
- Ability to establish and maintain solid service relations with all staff, students, and administration
- Knowledge of proper campus procedures and etiquette
- Skill in coaching, accompanying instruction, and tutoring, etc. to meet the requirements of the position
- Knowledge of general office equipment
Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality concerning all students and staff
- Complete required forms
- Perform duties assigned by District Staff
- Adhere to District policies and procedures

Working Conditions
- Tools/Equipment Used: Standard instructional equipment including personal computer and peripherals
- Posture: Prolonged standing, frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, tooping, pushing, pulling, and twisting
- Motion: Frequent walking, including frequent keyboarding, use of mouse, occasional reaching
- Lifting: Regular light lifting and carrying less than 15 pounds, may lift and move textbooks and classroom equipment
- Environment: Work inside, may work outside, regular exposure to noise
- Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress, work prolonged or irregular hours
