Manufacturing Worker
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Worker to support daily production operations. This role involves assembling products, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility
- Assemble parts and components on production lines
- Prepare finished items for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards and proper fit
- Package and stage completed ductwork for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
