Job Title: Manufacturing Welder - 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm - Monday - Friday) 
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based upon relevant experience)

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Welder is responsible for producing high-quality welded components and assemblies according to engineering specifications, production schedules, and company quality standards.  The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to support multiple departments as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components according to blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect welded parts to ensure structural integrity, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as required.
  • Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production deadlines.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions.
Manufacturing & Assembly Support
  • Assist with assembly and production tasks as needed to support workflow demands.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely.
  • Retrieve materials and parts from inventory for welding and assembly projects.
  • Support staging, packaging, and movement of completed products within the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Quality & Safety
  • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and notify supervisors of maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
  • Experience welding aluminum preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, measuring tools, and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to assist in other departments and perform general production duties as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
  • Requires full use of hands, arms, vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate welding and manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment.
