    Manufacturing Warehouse Manager - Direct Hire


    We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role oversees warehouse staff, inventory accuracy, yard and vehicle activity, and supports safe, efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and support the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations
    • Oversee yard activity, warehouse flow, and company vehicles
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
    • Manage daily and monthly inventory counts
    • Ensure no product enters or leaves without proper paperwork
    • Support loading, receiving, shipping, and dispatch activities
    • Determine storage locations and maintain organized inventory
    • Provide oversight for equipment upkeep and maintenance
    • Complete hazardous materials shipping documentation and train staff on transportation rules
    • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with all safety and food-handling standards
    • Follow all company policies related to health & safety, environmental regulations, and food safety requirements
    • Support integrated management systems (Quality, Production, Food Safety, GMP)
    • Perform additional duties as needed

    What You Bring

    • Education in Supply Chain or a related field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
    • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred
    • Valid forklift license required
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and related systems)
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
