Manufacturing/ Warehouse Associate

Job Description

• Handle and manage temperature-sensitive semi-finished goods used in the production of blood bank kits in accordance with applicable storage and handling requirements.
• Execute and maintain accurate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions related to inventory movement, material issuance, receipts, and related warehouse activities.
• Perform routine cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Verify and stage materials required for manufacturing work orders to support production schedules.
• Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• Maintain required training records and complete assigned training activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform housekeeping activities to maintain an organized, clean, and compliant packaging and warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate device history records, logbooks, and related documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine setup and preparation of packaging stations to support production and packaging operations.

• Packing finished materials (for example, 10 bottles per box).
• Sealing boxes and preparing them for shipment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• PPE will be provided as needed, including safety boots and uniforms.
• Strong attention to detail is important due to the counting, inspection, and QC-related responsibilities.
• Immediate need: Candidate must be available to start within 1 week of receiving an offer.
