Location Details: 100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT,Pontoon Beach, IL 62040

Assignment Length: 90 days (NOT temp to hire, but potential for conversion after 3months)

Scheduled Shifts: Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 5:30 PM

Job Description

• This position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks.
• This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately.
• The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.
  50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 40% - Housekeeping; 10%- Other warehouse tasks.
• Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations.
• Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack);
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  *Candidate required to provide their own steel toe shoes.
• Dress code is jeans (no rips, tears, etc.) and hoodless sweatshirt, recommended.
• Client will provide necessary cold weather gear (coat/hat/gloves)

Requirements:
1. Standup forklift experience PREFERRED
2. Ability to lift up to 100lbs unassisted
3. Must be able to work in a cold environment CONSISTENTLY - 32/0 degrees
4. Minimum HS education or equivalent
