Our production floor relies on smart tooling, robust fixtures, and accurate gages. In this role, you’ll plan, design, construct, and modify production machines, equipment, and facility infrastructure that keep our operation efficient and reliable.

What You’ll Own
- Designing, fabricating, and deploying production tooling, gages, and machine fixtures.
- Tracking tool performance to ensure efficiency; determining and executing repairs or upgrades.
- Servicing and repairing tooling: strip-down, cleaning, lubrication, and rebuilds.
- Reading and analyzing specifications; setting up and operating machine tools.
- Maintaining, adjusting, improving, and developing new tooling, gages, and fixtures.
- Managing purchasing and quotation activities alongside hands-on shop work and on-the-floor troubleshooting.
- Ensuring operations meet standards while advancing continuous improvement.
