Troubleshoot manufacturing products using observations and data to support root cause analysis
Perform hardware inspections and identify/document quality issues
Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring assemblies
Read and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and process procedures
Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding tooling, processes, and test setups
Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support process improvement initiatives including defect reduction and workplace organization efforts
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established safety and quality standards
Assist with training and knowledge sharing among team members
