Job Description:
Contract:   0-12 Months (Possible Extensions)
Shift Timing: 4: 00 pm to 12: 00 am (Mon to Fri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our Hardware Manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of manufacturing components while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to producing high-quality products in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of hardware components.
Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, work orders, and SOPs.
Execute daily production schedules while meeting quality and delivery goals.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist in training new team members on equipment and manufacturing procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
0–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read engineering drawings and follow written work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA, GMP, ISO).
Experience with hardware assembly, manufacturing, or production.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift).
Frequently bend, kneel, lift, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
Use hands for repetitive assembly work and reach above shoulder height and below the waist.
