Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join a leading company in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing technical duties in electronic, mechanical, or systems functional areas. You will complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
- Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
- Maintain production tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
- Ensure ability to read blueprints, identify components, perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping; perform harness repair and termination; use pertinent manual hand tools.
- Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience with forklift and overhead crane operations.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- High School / Technical School education.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Forklift certification.
- Overhead crane certification.
- NDI certification.
