Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Duration: Sep 26 - Aug 27
Type: Onsite in Rosharon, TX
Pay range: $19.00 - $24.00 USD Hourly


Job Responsibilities:
  • The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems.
  • The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls.
  • Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
  • Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
  • Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers and bills of material.
  • Maintain production tools and equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them.
  • Ensure ability to: read blueprints;identify components;perform wire preparation, stripping and crimping;perform harness repair and termination;use pertinent manual hand tools.
  • Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and programming.
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Position Overview:
  • The Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing and assembly operations in a hands-on production environment.
  • The role focuses on mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, reading technical documentation, and supporting product builds.
  • The team is specifically looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who can be developed over time into a long-term contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues.
  • Work with production documentation including work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Support manufacturing operations in an assembly-focused environment.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively through written communication and email.
Experience & Skills
  • Approximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Looking for candidates who can grow within the organization rather than highly tenured professionals.
