Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set up manufacturing equipment to produce quality composite products
  • Use advanced weaving and injection techniques to create aerospace quality components
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and documentation to support efficient production
  • Maintain accurate ERP and inventory records
  • Support process improvements, validations, and corrective actions
  • Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean work environment and help achieve SQDC objectives

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing experience required; aerospace or composites experience preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow engineering instructions
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation is a plus
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
