Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor equipment used to manufacture orthodontic appliances
- Assemble and inspect products with precision and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot production or equipment issues
- Support process improvements and quality-control procedures
- Maintain accurate production logs
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Prepare production for the following shift
- Assist with training new team members as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing, production, laboratory, or technical experience preferred
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
Preferred Skills
- Technical or engineering education
- Engineering degree
- CAD experience, including SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Experience with medical, dental, or custom-device manufacturing
