Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for testing, calibrating, and repairing production machines and related subassemblies according to written and verbal specifications. This role ensures quality standards are met while supporting efficient production operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies in a timely manner
Ensure quality and operational standards are consistently met or exceeded
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper machine calibration
Perform timely and accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies and document results clearly
Support the development and execution of design, implementation, testing, and maintenance processes aligned with quality standards
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all assigned tasks
Perform additional duties as required
Required Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Experience with testing and calibration of electronic or mechanical components
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
