Schedule
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shift
• Standard schedule is approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

How Will You Make an Impact:
The Manufacturing Technician position will be responsible for the building of various complex scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!

Responsibilities:

Build, test, and calibrate all levels of assemblies and install in the final build of instruments that meet quality standards.
Follow work instructions for mechanical, and electrical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, laboratory, or a related field.
• Comfortable with learning testing software. (Company built software)
• Knowledgeable with MS Office
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.

Qualifications
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently report to work on time.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Must have positive attitude.

Preferred:
• Experience with mechanical assembly, various hand tools, and soldering.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Occasional lifting of 40 pounds, frequent lifting of 25 pounds, and constant lifting of 10 pounds may be necessary.
